Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking an experienced Cvent Mobile App Specialist to design, build, configure, and deploy branded Cvent mobile event apps for a federal conference. The consultant will transform approved content into intuitive mobile experiences, supporting engagement and on-site operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with Cvent Attendee Hub and/or Cvent Event App, and can work independently while collaborating with the Director of Logistics and conference managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience building Cvent Event Apps or Cvent Attendee Hub mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience supporting conferences ranging from 100 to 5,000+ attendees.
• Advanced knowledge of Cvent Event Management, Cvent Registration, Cvent Attendee Hub/Event App, mobile app personalization, push notifications, and surveys/engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and publish Cvent mobile applications for an upcoming conference (remote).
• Build mobile apps reflecting agency branding with accessibility/usability best practices.
• Configure personalized agendas, session schedules/abstracts, speaker bios, venue maps, attendee networking, push notifications, surveys.
• Integrate apps with registration and attendee data; manage attendee permissions and content experiences.
• Create branded icons/menus/navigation and landing pages; test iOS/Android; perform QA across navigation, content, links and documents.
• Coordinate with project team; provide onsite support at the Arlington conference; maintain version control.
