Job summary

Unbridled is seeking a detail-oriented Event Technology support specialist to build and manage content for meeting applications, registrations, websites, and onsite badge printing across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Travel to events as needed, manage multiple projects, and help select engagement tools that enhance attendee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with meeting and event technology in a professional setting.
• Proficient with registration platforms such as Cvent, Swoogo or Bizzabo.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working with databases.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas).
• Able to travel to live events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event registration websites and forms across formats.
• Oversee multiple projects, balancing timelines and accuracy.
• Travel onsite to support live events and badge printing.
• Organize data from various sources for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with clients to implement engagement tools.
• Proof content across websites, emails, and reports.
• Support cross-functional teams with a solutions-oriented approach.
