Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between technical leadership and specialist roles for hotel/convention center events in Aspen. You will oversee setup, operation, and breakdown of high-end audiovisual systems, while ensuring security and safety compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field and 2-3 years in customer service or hospitality. Internal and external training completions are expected within defined timelines, with opportunities to mentor a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Internal applicants must meet/training requirements per Encore’s Global Learning Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains advanced audiovisual equipment for events.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
• Mentors and coaches staff to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Supervises technicians during events and coordinates pre/during/post event activities.
• Maintains equipment security, storage, transport, and inventory planning.
