Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Operates and breaks down advanced audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and resolves problems quickly during events.
• Mentors and coaches staff to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Supervises other technicians during events and coordinates with the operations team.
• Maintains equipment security, storage, and maintenance; performs inventory forecasting.
