Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking an Event Service Manager to lead event operations across cafe, live venue, and retail spaces in Las Vegas, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. Minimum 5 years of event management experience is required, along with strong English communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Amadeus/Delphi.

College coursework is preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum 5 Years Event Management Experience
• Proficiency Communicating in English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Delphi

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain details on Banquet Event Orders
• Follow through on all deposits as outlined in the contract
• Coordinate parking requests and bus drop off
• Obtain pricing and secure items for groups from outside vendors
• After receiving invoices, input purchase order information for payment to vendors
• Close out files for Accounting
• Event Management Work with all operating areas to develop staffing schedules
• Coordinate load in, production and event time lines with client, operations and external vendors
• Develop custom creative events as needed
• Coordinate with Kitchen Operations changes in menu selections and/or quantities
• Work with Sales Managers and assist with site visits and tastings
• Serve as point during events for internal and client communication
• Communicate with all operating areas the expectations for the event
• Coordinate all talent rider information (technical and food & beverage)
