100 Hard Rock Int'l USA, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Las Vegas to welcome guests, answer questions, and guide them through purchases with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and friendly service.

You will handle cash, operate the POS system, assist with inventory, maintain store presentation and strive to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions accurately.
• Answering the phone and assisting guests.
• Make proficient sales transactions using a POS system.

• Maintain proper cash drawer balances.
• Direct guests to areas/restrooms and assist with directions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and inform guests of features & benefits.
• Use upselling techniques to suggest related or higher-quality items.
• Keep the store clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Perform opening, closing & side duties and uphold visual display standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
• Entertain guests to create “Raving Fans”.
