Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats. - Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. - Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need during their dining experience. - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring all service areas are tidy. - Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless execution of functions and special events. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. - Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills and knowledge.## QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent.
