Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Event Registration Copy Editor/QC Lead in Concord, CA to ensure high-quality attendee-facing content and site functionality across registration sites. You will provide editorial guidance, perform final content reviews, and coach site builders to standardize formatting and branding while ensuring accessibility requirements are met.

The role requires 4+ years in business execution or strategic planning, plus 3+ years of copyediting experience in agency or media

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism.
• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 3+ years of copyediting and proofreading in an advertising agency or media outlet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary quality control reviewer for registration sites prior to launch.
• Conduct final reviews of attendee-facing content for accuracy and professionalism.
• Validate grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting across content.
• Review registration sites for usability and attendee experience.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, privacy, and operational standards are met.
• Identify quality issues and provide actionable corrections and improvements.
• Track recurring quality issues and suggest process improvements.
• Perform content updates and enhancements within Cvent sites.
• Support site testing, QA, and launch readiness activities.
• Collaborate with planners and marketers to ensure high-quality content.
