Precision AQ, a leading payer marketing agency, seeks a Group Copy Supervisor to lead content development across multiple accounts in the medical communications field. The role involves strategic writing, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

The candidate will supervise 2–4 writers, engage with clients, review briefs, and help shape strategy and proposals while upholding PRECISION Principles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in life sciences
• BA/BS in English combined with experience in a pharmaceutical agency, medical communications company or healthcare advertising
• 5–7 years of experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Command of AMA style
• Proficiency with PubMed and Google Scholar

Responsabilidades

• Independently develop strategic, high-quality, medically accurate content for multiple accounts
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet client objectives
• Review project briefs, assign staff, and attend kick-off meetings
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of content
• Liaise with clients on strategy and content-related matters
• Discuss medical content with external stakeholders as needed
• Plan and allocate resources with internal stakeholders
• Supervise 2–4 medical writers or associates
• Provide feedback and develop team members' growth plans
• Assist in development of new business proposals and pitches
• Attend and present at business pitch meetings
