Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Content Quality Assurance Specialist in Concord, CA. This hybrid, 12-month contract role focuses on editing and QA of attendee-facing content across event registration sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

You will guide site builders, develop best practices, and perform corrections in Cvent while supporting the broader team priorities for high-quality delivery. Applicants need a Bachelor’s in English or Journalism and 4+ years in business execution or strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field required.
• 4+ years of business execution/strategic planning experience; 3+ years in copyediting/proofreading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; strong written and verbal communication; strong grammar and business writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary QC reviewer for registration sites pre-launch.
• Conduct final reviews of attendee content for accuracy and professionalism.
• Check grammar, punctuation, spelling, and content presentation.
• Assess usability, navigation, attendee experience, and content flow.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, privacy, and operational standards compliance.
• Identify quality issues and provide actionable corrections.
• Suggest process improvements and training opportunities.
