FIRST GLOBAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support client events and conferences across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats. You will oversee all phases from briefing to reconciliation, including budgets, registrations, travel, and on-site coordination.

Remote work is offered, but candidates must reside in NY/NJ/CT tri-state. Willingness to travel domestically and abroad for site visits and events is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years event management experience in corporate/financial settings.
• Experience in managing senior clients and large-scale events.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and event tools like Cvent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle planning and execution of virtual, in-person and hybrid events.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, registrations, travel and logistics.
• Coordinate venue contracts, AV, catering, transportation and on-site teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Technology and Legal as needed.
