Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking a Senior Project Manager in the NY/Boston hybrid area. You will support client and internal events from briefing to reconciliation, handling budgets, registrations, travel, AV, and on-site execution.

You will bring 8–10+ years in event management, experience with senior clients, and the ability to lead a team up to five direct reports. Travel domestically or abroad is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' event management experience, preferably in financial services or corporate settings.
• Extensive experience managing senior clients in planning and execution of events.
• Experience leading a team of employees is a plus but not required.
• Strong proficiency with Cvent and MS Excel/Office.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Financial management: budgets, expenses, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing site selections and contracts with venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, travel, accommodations, entertainment, AV, webcasts, and speaker selection.
