FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency delivering Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data Insights. The Project Manager will support clients and internal teams for events from brief to reconciliation, across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, with travel as required.

Remote role with residency in NY/NJ/CT tri-state area. Strong communication, budgeting, and vendor management are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of event management experience in corporate or financial settings.
• Experience with large conferences and multi-day events; ability to manage senior clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Travel required for site inspections and on-site management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end event planning across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Manage budgets, timelines, venues, catering, A/V, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, production, and attendee management.
• Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and site selections.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and risk guidelines.
• Post-event reconciliation and reporting.
