Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an Operations Manager, Signage & Partner Experience in New York to own the signage program across Fanatics Fest and related events. You will coordinate design, production, and onsite placement while partnering with Fulfillment and Exhibitor Success to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

You’ll lead meeting room management, coordinate sponsorship execution, and drive cross-functional improvements across teams, with travel as needed for multi-day builds and events.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in event operations or related fields.
• Experience managing signage or print production vendors.
• Strong Airtable or similar systems proficiency.
• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite for multi-day event builds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine passion for sports and live events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end signage program across all events, coordinating design, ordering, production tracking, and onsite placement.
• Maintain signage inventory, specs, and placement maps; manage relationships with print and install vendors.
• Manage all meeting room space including scheduling, AV/setup requirements, and day-of coordination.
• Translate sold sponsorship packages into actionable work orders and onsite execution plans with partners.
• Support exhibitor needs from contracting through onsite execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fulfillment, Marketing and Exhibitor Success to improve processes.
