TMG Retail Ltd is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead and coordinate Lumos Experiences shows in the Washington DC region. You will own end-to-end operational delivery, venue planning and safety documentation while coaching field teams and maintaining high standards across multiple venues.

You’ll oversee budgeting, inventory, production coordination and post-event reporting, with a hands-on approach to ensure quality and growth as Lumos expands its footprint in the region.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driving license, traveling to various locations as needed.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, AI and team collaboration tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the full operational delivery of shows across the Washington DC region from planning to post-event review.
• Maintain venue catalogue, develop event operations plans and safety documentation.
• Lead weekend recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training for Event Managers and Assistants.
• Coordinate with Musician Booker and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Standardize processes to drive consistency and efficiency across shows.
• Manage inventory, storage locations, equipment maintenance and logistics.
• Attend a minimum of two shows per month for field presence and coaching.
• Deliver post-event reports, analyze KPIs and propose improvements.
• Coordinate permits, vendor sourcing and local compliance for special venues.
• Ensure COIs, vendor documents and compliance records meet venue requirements.
