Lumos Experiences is seeking a Head of Regional Events in Orlando, FL to lead the regional operations, bookings, and strategy for candlelit musical concerts across the state. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with HQ, and ensure profitable, high-quality shows while expanding the regional footprint.

The role requires weekend availability, strong leadership, and a track record in live events or hospitality. Hybrid work arrangement and travel to shows across the region are expected.

Formación

• Proven experience in event operations, production or management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to grow regional operations and handle multiple shows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional event delivery, from planning to on-site execution.
• Lead Operations and Bookings Manager and regional team.
• Manage budgets and financial control for regional operations.
• Partner with HQ to align regional strategy with company targets.
• Deliver performance reporting on KPIs, sales and feedback.
• Attend key events on weekends to uphold brand standards.
