Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced event delivery leader to own day-to-day operations for the company’s flagship events. You will coordinate schedules, milestones, and readiness reviews while partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into executable plans.

The role emphasizes risk management, agency coordination, and hands-on onsite leadership during load-in, event operations, and load-out. A graduate-level track record in enterprise tech events is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading operations for large-scale enterprise technology conferences.
• Ability to create structure, establish operating cadence, and drive accountability across matrixed teams.
• Experience managing agencies, production partners, vendors, and external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain momentum and alignment across teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and provide onsite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for Bentley’s flagship programs (User Conference and Year in Infrastructure Awards).
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, critical paths, and milestone plans.
• Lead planning cadence, readiness reviews, and issue-resolution forums.
• Drive accountability across internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and elevate issues before they impact delivery.
• Provide onsite operational leadership during load-in, execution, and load-out.
