Bentley Systems is seeking an operationally excellent event leader to serve as the day-to-day delivery lead for the company’s flagship event portfolio, including the User Conference and Year in Infrastructure Awards program. You will drive planning cadence, manage workstreams, and ensure operational readiness across all event phases.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience in large-scale enterprise events, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence without authority.

Formación

• 8–12 years of progressive responsibility leading operations for large-scale enterprise technology conferences.
• Experience managing agencies, production partners, vendors, and external service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Program Delivery & Workstream Leadership for flagship events.
• Build and maintain schedules, critical paths, and milestone plans.
• Lead operational readiness across registration, housing, transportation, and onsite support.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to translate strategy into executable plans.
