Job summary

Factory is seeking an Events Lead to define and own the company’s events strategy, build the team, and manage a portfolio that includes flagship experiences and Tier-1 conferences. You will partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Executives to ensure programs strengthen the brand and drive measurable outcomes.

This senior role is strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for budget, planning, execution standards, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading an events function at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record owning flagship programs and multiple projects.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar events budgets and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own Factory's flagship events strategy and portfolio.
• Build, hire, lead, and develop the events team.
• Own global events budget, forecasting, and ROI.
• Set annual events calendar and planning process.
• Define operating model, standards, and measurement.
• Oversee agency/vendor relationships and MSAs.
• Provide executive oversight of user conferences and Tier-1 events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Sales Enablement, and Leadership.
• Champion the Factory voice across events portfolio.
