Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Event Operations to run the day-to-day delivery for our flagship event portfolio, including the User Conference and Year in Infrastructure Awards.

Hybrid role based in Denver, CO with options for Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA-based remote work. You will drive schedules, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive responsibility leading operations for large-scale enterprise technology conferences.
• Ability to create structure, establish operating cadence, and drive accountability across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery for flagship programs (User Conference and Year in Infrastructure Awards).
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and critical paths across all delivery phases.
• Lead planning cadence, readiness reviews, and issue-resolution forums to keep programs on track.
