The Milken Institute seeks an experienced Associate Director, Global Event Operations to lead planning and execution of high-profile events worldwide. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships across internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in event operations, strong contract and venue management, and a track record of delivering large-scale conferences with excellence under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in event operations, production, or logistics management.
• Experience managing large-scale conferences (1,000+ attendees) and VIP meetings.
• Strong contract negotiations, venue operations, and event tech knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, contracts, rooming, catering, A/V and production.
• Develop, track, and reconcile event budgets; forecast costs and ensure ROI.
• Manage relationships with AV production teams, vendors, and third-party agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success and timely updates.
