Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Account Operations to join our event professionals. This role supports delivery of premier experiences for a regional grocery store client, managing assets, inventory, and logistics to ensure activations run smoothly.

Travel up to 25% is required. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience and 2+ years in event production, with strong AVL and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of event production or event management required.
• General knowledge of AVL production equipment, with the ability to understand and communicate basic technical production with internal team and clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication, critical and creative thinking, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client activations from concept development through onsite execution with the brand team.
• Participate in client and internal meetings to understand project objectives, scope, deliverables, and requirements.
• Coordinate with the Creative team on event delivery and vendor installation needs.
• Assist in determining staffing needs for upcoming events.
• Prepare activation materials and coordinate transportation with Logistics and Operations teams.
