Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Event Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events across Print, Fabrication, and Technology divisions. You will partner with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure top standards and seamless delivery.

You will lead project planning, on-site operations, stakeholder communication, and post-event reviews, while traveling as required to site surveys and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in orchestrating sizeable event projects.
• Advanced understanding of change management and project dynamics.
• Exceptional communication abilities across organizational levels.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
• Ability to harmonize multiple project timelines and adapt to delivery frameworks.
• Willingness to travel for site surveys, installations and client meetings.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large-scale event execution, delivering on-time and on-budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones and defined team roles.
• Oversee on-site logistics, setup, and event flow for seamless attendee experiences.
• Coordinate and manage work across internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Execution, Operations and Finance to align efforts.
• Optimize processes and foster continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive accountability.
