Citi is seeking an Event Marketing Senior Project Coordinator (Officer) to support Senior Event Project Managers across Citi. This hybrid role collaborates with multiple business units to plan and execute client and employee events.

The position requires developing event strategies, managing logistics, and ensuring branding and compliance. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, with flexible hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• 5+ years in Event Marketing or Hospitality; financial services/fintech experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management for long and short lead times.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides event marketing coordinator services supporting Senior Event Project Managers and all Citi units.
• Develops end-to-end event marketing strategy, planning and execution for client and employee events.
• Leads initiatives to drive results for clients and business partners.
• Participates in event logistics, planning and execution.
• Ensures events comply with Citi branding, materials and displays.
• Partners with Global Event Management Web Services for content, registration and reporting.
• Manages event financial reporting and cost reconciliation.
• Supports Citi expense management and event risk evaluations.
• Escalates and manages control issues with transparency.
