• Experience planning and servicing groups of 300+ guests on peak periods.
• Ability to manage complex program logistics from Sales to service.

• Execute complex events with thorough documentation and seamless on-site execution.
• Serve as primary client contact for the event lifecycle and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase contract value while enhancing guest experience.
• Direct and coach team members to ensure high-level, consistent service.
• Support leadership decisions and navigate challenges with informed judgment.
