FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Francisco, CA. The role supports client events and conferences from brief to reconciliation, delivering exceptional service through strong project management and creative solutions.

The position requires onsite travel for events domestically or internationally; you will manage a team and collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Technology, data teams, and legal/compliance to ensure high-quality

Competenze

• 8-10+ years’ event management experience, preferably in financial services or corporate environments.
• Advanced experience with events, conferences, meetings and production management, including executive gatherings and sponsorships.
• Experience managing senior clients and leading teams is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships.

Mansioni

• Own full life-cycle planning and execution of events across virtual, in-person and hybrid formats.
• Manage budgets, expenses, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Source, negotiate and manage venues, suppliers and contracts.
• Coordinate registration, catering, transportation, lodging, AV, webcasts and staging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Technology, Data and Legal teams.
