FIRST is a global brand experience agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to support end-to-end events and conferences for Fortune 500 clients. The role covers virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats with travel to sites as needed.

You will oversee budgets, logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution and post-event analysis. Remote-based, SF Bay Area resident preferred with regional travel.

Competenze

• 5+ years of event management experience, corporate or financial environment preferred.
• Experience in conferences, multi-day events, and executive events.
• Proven ability to manage senior clients and multiple projects under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Virtual event experience a plus (Webex/Zoom).

Mansioni

• Plan and execute end-to-end events including virtual, in-person and hybrid formats.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and post-event reconciliation.
• Source venues, negotiate contracts and manage suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, catering, travel, AV, staging and speaker logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production and Legal teams on event deliverables.
• Plan virtual events with timelines, invitations, and attendee communications.
