Job summary

PECO Energy Co. is seeking a program manager to develop, deliver and manage energy efficiency initiatives under state utility commission oversight.

You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate with planners, measure performance, and ensure regulatory compliance, cost recovery, and risk control. You will collaborate with Marketing to communicate program details and recruit partners, while providing data analysis for annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and deliver results within approved budgets.
• Thorough understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate with and coordinate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing energy efficiency programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors and program fulfillment vendors, including performance tracking.
• Develop metrics and monitor program delivery to ensure cost recovery and risk control.
• Collaborate with Marketing to communicate program details and engage market partners.
• Prepare reports to support regulatory filings and annual program results.
