Job summary

CMC Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Support Manager to oversee the program support function across multiple energy efficiency programs in a hybrid environment in Pennsylvania.

You will guide invoicing, data processing, and subcontractor management while coaching staff to meet client goals and contractual requirements. The role requires 7–10 years of managerial experience, a related degree, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of strong managerial experience in energy efficiency or related field.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain industry certifications (BPI, BSP) as needed.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong supervision, prioritization, decision making and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Program Support across multiple energy efficiency programs.
• Lead invoicing, expenses processing, and handling data and reports.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors and Leads to peak performance.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and contract compliance in all tasks.
• Oversee subcontractor management and field operations alignment.
• Provide escalation support for technical or eligibility questions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
