Job summary

LG Magna e-Powertrain USA, Inc. in Troy, MI is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager to drive automotive development programs.

You will coordinate timing plans, manage cross-functional teams, and act as the primary liaison with OEM customers and HQ in Korea to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 5+ years in program management within the automotive sector, strong knowledge of development and manufacturing processes, and proficiency with MS Project/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ Program Management experience working directly with a customer in automotive industry.
• Understanding of automotive component development process and manufacturing process.
• Good knowledge of OEM process and requirements.
• Good Skills to use MS project and MS Office.
• Understanding of cost structure.

Responsibilities

• Create development timing plan and manage each activity to launch program successfully.
• Coordinate to release electric vehicle component software & hardware to customer.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and LG Magna.
• Support weekly meetings with customers and track major issues.
• Maintain program status reports and use as a management tool.
• Lead internal/external meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
