Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in electric motor control, power electronics, embedded controls, or EV propulsion.
- Hands-on experience developing motor-control algorithms for automotive applications.
- Strong experience with C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, MCU-based embedded systems, and debugging tools.
- Experience taking motor-control algorithms from concept to product validation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement motor-control algorithms for EV traction motors.
- Design and optimize control strategies including FOC, sensorless control, MTPA, and regenerative braking.
- Validate algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, SIL, PIL, and HIL environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready software.
