ChargePoint is seeking a Territory Channel Manager – Central to drive revenue growth through a reseller and distribution partner network across the Central region. You’ll enable partners with tools, training, and support to accelerate EV charging adoption.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent partner experience and meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This remote role focuses on US markets with a national scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or business development.
• Experience in EV charging or related technology industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Build and develop a network of reseller and distribution partners aligned with business goals.
• Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging products, value propositions, and sales strategies.
• Manage and strengthen partner relationships, proactively identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues.
• Enable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive performance.
• Set performance targets, track partner progress, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Apply market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
