Job summary

Blink Charging Co. is seeking a Channel and Partnerships Manager to grow nationwide distribution partners and VARs, driving stock orders, sell-through, and project opportunities.

You will work with Territory Sales Managers to scale the indirect sales channel end-to-end, including MSAs, onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning. The role requires a strong channel sales background within EV charging or related hardware, with experience recruiting and managing national distributor

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner/VAR management.
• Experience building and scaling a national partner network and meeting channel revenue targets.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution channels and related hardware industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national channel strategy targeting electrical distributors, wholesalers, and VARs.
• Own executive-level relationships with Blink’s electrical distributors and wholesalers.
• Recruit new distribution and VAR partners to expand coverage and market penetration.
