Job summary

Blink Charging Co. is seeking a senior Channel and Partnerships Manager to scale the national distribution network, recruit and enable electrical distributors and VARs, and drive revenue growth across multiple market segments.

You’ll lead MSAs, onboarding, training, and joint business planning while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. You will build a tiered partner program, manage pricing and stocking commitments, and co-sell with Territory Sales Managers to win projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel sales, distribution management, or partner/VAR management.
• Proven track record scaling national partner networks and hitting channel targets.
• Knowledge of electrical distributors or VAR models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national channel strategy targeting electrical distributors, wholesalers, and VARs.
• Own executive relationships with large distributors and regional players; recruit new partners.
• Create tiered partner programs with margins, benefits, and stocking commitments.
• Lead onboarding, training, contracts, pricing, and systems access for partners.
• Forecast, report, and drive revenue growth through joint business plans.
• Co-sell with Territory Sales Managers to win local projects and branch opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing for co-op campaigns and partner-led demand generation.
• Manage MSAs, pricing, discount approvals, and channel conflict resolution.
• Travel nationally 30–50% to visit partners and support field activity.
