Job summary

TSMG in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous fleets. You will ensure uptime for robotaxi operations, perform high‑voltage safety, and support autonomous driving hardware and software updates.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience, strong diagnostics skills, and the ability to work in shift-based, fast-paced environments while collaborating with operations and engineering teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
Strong experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
Experience using diagnostic tools and repair documentation.
Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EVs and autonomous vehicles in robotaxi operations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
Operate with high-voltage safety practices and EV system knowledge.
Support installation, inspection, and replacement of autonomous hardware components.
Perform software updates and validation checks per procedures.
Record diagnostics and repair documentation.
