Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
- Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and repair documentation.
- Ability to follow safety procedures in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Support vehicle readiness for robotaxi operations and 24/7 uptime.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and depot teams.
- Lead shifts and mentor junior technicians when needed.
