Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous vehicles for robotaxi operations across North America. You will ensure fleet readiness, perform advanced diagnostics, and work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on expertise in EV diagnostics, safety procedures, and experience supporting high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets in shift-based environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Solid understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
• Ensure vehicle uptime and safety through inspections and readiness checks.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation.
• Support high-voltage safety and EV system readiness during depot operations.
