Job summary

TSMG is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous vehicles across Europe, ensuring daily readiness for robotaxi operations. You will diagnose, repair, and validate AV hardware and software while collaborating with operations and engineering teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years hands-on automotive experience, with expertise in EV systems, ADAS, and autonomous driving hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment, testing, commercial operations, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness, uptime, and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation.
