The role involves hands‑on EV diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, software updates, and collaboration with AV Operations Leads, depot teams, and engineering to minimize downtime and support robotaxi services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands‑on automotive technician work experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Solid understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.
• Proficient in English speaking/writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles.
• Ensure daily deployment readiness and safety compliance.
• Conduct vehicle inspections for uptime and fleet readiness.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to engineering.
• Lead shifts and guide junior technicians when needed.
• Collaborate with operations and depot teams to minimize downtime.
