Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner visits and events.
• Experience managing expenses with budget discipline and alignment to guidelines.
• Experience managing a large sales territory with meaningful client meetings.
• Knowledge of indirect auto finance products, including retail and lease financing.
• Experience underwriting within auto finance industry.
• Demonstrated people leadership and ability to influence outcomes.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong sales presentation skills to drive product adoption.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience using video conferencing tools for client meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner locations and joint marketing events to support relationship growth and program execution
• Develop and deliver partner training on finance programs, contracts, policies, and procedures
• Promote best practices and help drive consistent execution across the team
• Lead product-based training for internal partners to ensure fluency in Rivian products and services
• Develop and manage monthly reporting on market dynamics and competitive intelligence
• Own execution for branch activations to support program adoption and customer engagement
• Support remarketing programs to minimize losses, strengthen retention, and address escalations and end-of-lease inquiries
• Identify and execute program enhancements that grow volume and improve profitability
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, including coordinating cross-functional delivery
