Job summary

Chase Auto is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive Rivian partnerships and deliver a best-in-class financing experience for customers. You will lead execution, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure adoption and performance excellence.

You will travel to partner locations, develop trainings on finance programs, and manage monthly market reporting, while coordinating with internal teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional customer and partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 30% for partner visits and events
• Experience managing a large sales territory with key client meetings
• Knowledge of indirect auto finance products including retail and lease
• Experience underwriting within auto finance
• Proven leadership and ability to influence outcomes
• Strong client relationship building skills and account management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office and video conferencing tools

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner locations and joint marketing events to support growth and program execution
• Develop and deliver partner training on finance programs, contracts, policies, and procedures
• Promote best practices and drive consistent execution across the team
• Lead product-based training for internal partners on Rivian products and services
• Develop and manage monthly reporting on market dynamics and competitive intelligence
• Own execution for branch activations to support adoption and engagement
• Support remarketing programs to minimize losses and address escalations
• Identify and implement program enhancements to grow volume and profitability
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation with cross-functional teams
