Qualifications

• Experience developing optical/electro-optical/metrology systems for precision hardware.
• Ownership of an optical subsystem from requirements to verification.
• Hands-on optical alignment, laser systems, sensors, detectors, cameras.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into metrology requirements, interfaces, and verification plans.
• Lead development and integration of optical metrology systems for EUV sources.
• Develop sensing systems with lasers, optics, detectors, and signal-processing hardware.
• Plan laboratory and cleanroom testing for design validation and verification.
• Provide technical guidance across engineering groups and suppliers.
• Document architectures, interfaces, analyses, procedures, and training materials.
