The Senior System Administrator - End User Compute (EUC) at T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, MD, leads the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise endpoint environment.

This role partners with Lead and Principal System Administrators to deliver secure, reliable EUC services that align with organizational standards. The position requires independent management of complex tasks, with experience across Windows endpoints, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID, Defender, WDAC,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Strong experience administering Windows endpoint platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance programs.
• Experience with operating system deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Engineering & Administration: Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms.
• Platform Operations & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues.
• Endpoint Security & Compliance: Support implementation and maintenance of endpoint security controls.
• Modern Workplace Technologies: Participate in implementation of new EUC solutions and services.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: Develop automation solutions with PowerShell.
• Project Participation: Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and other teams to deploy new services.
