Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer in Technology to provide L2/L3 end-user computing support in Blue Bell, PA. The role covers desktop, printer, VPN, and remote access issues with emphasis on Citrix, RDP, and VDI environments.

You will troubleshoot Office 365 suites (Outlook/Teams/Excel), manage packaging and deployment (Soft IMAC), and coordinate with IT teams for escalations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for end-user computing environments.
• Troubleshoot remote desktop issues (RDP, VDI, Citrix) and ensure seamless access.
• Diagnose and resolve printer-related issues (network printers, driver issues, print queues).
• Support Microsoft Office 365 / Office Suite troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Perform VPN troubleshooting (connectivity, authentication, latency issues).
• Handle Application Remediation (Soft IMAC activities): software installations, upgrades, patching; packaging and deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge base and documentation for known issues.
