Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced IT EUC/Desktop Support Lead for fulltime employment restricted to independent VISA holders. You will manage L1/L2 desktop support across multiple locations, oversee SCCM/Intune and O365 environments, and drive service improvements while maintaining security standards.

You will lead a team, coordinate with IT leadership, vendors, and OEM partners, and ensure SLA adherence, incident management, and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading L1/L2 desktop support teams.
• Ability to manage EUC operations across multiple locations/users.
• Stakeholder management with business, IT leadership, vendors, and OEM partners.
• Ownership of incident, request, and problem management within EUC.
• Experience driving service improvements and RCA preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily EUC/Desktop support operations across all user locations.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
• Oversee L1/L2 teams providing remote and onsite technical support.
• Conduct root cause analyses for repeated issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Mentor desktop support engineers and guide technical direction.
