Job summary

VC5 Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide high-touch support in a fast-paced trade floor environment. You will lead as the primary escalation point for complex issues across desktop, server, and network environments.

You will also manage and optimize Audio/Visual systems and conference room setups, leveraging Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint deployment and management to support over 250 users.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience handling high-visibility, high-stakes tickets in a technical support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM for deployment and management.
• Solid foundation in desktop support with hands-on experience resolving user issues in a corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of networking principles to troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively.
• Practical experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise Audio/Visual hardware and tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to over 250 users in a fast-paced trade floor environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Act as the senior Tier 3 escalation point, diagnosing and resolving complex issues in desktop, server, and network environments.
• Maintain and optimize office Audio/Visual systems and conference room setups, enhancing communication and collaboration.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune and SCCM for effective deployment and management of endpoints across the organization.
• Work closely with other IT staff to ensure a cohesive approach to technical support and system management.
