Job summary

Gradian specializes in delivering Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) pre‑fabricated and modular cooling solutions for mission‑critical applications. The ETO Project Manager for Pre‑Fabricated Solutions is the single‑threaded owner from approved submittal through off‑site fabrication, factory testing, shipment, delivery, and project close‑out.

This role ensures consistent communication, disciplined document control, and coordinated execution across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in ETO manufacturing or engineered-systems environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to work with Gantt-style schedules.
• Ability to learn Gradian’s engineered products, workflow sequences, and PMO processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s SPOC from project kickoff and manage communications using PMO templates.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality from PO through project close-out.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage off-site fabrication sequencing and logistics.
• Maintain PMO artifacts in Teams/SharePoint (Decisions Log, RFI Register, Submittal Register, etc.).
• Support gate reviews, milestone events, and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
