Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions in Osseo, MN seeks a Senior ETO Project Manager to own complex, high-value thermal management projects from pursuit through closeout. You will partner with Sales, Applications, and the MAS Commissioning team to ensure seamless handoff at shipment and drive process improvements across the PMO.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PM for ETO or custom manufacturing, a Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering background, PMP certification, and a proven record managing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in ETO, custom-engineered, or complex industrial manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• PMP certification or similar formal project management certification required.
• Experience managing projects of $5M or greater; proficiency in MS Office Suite and Gantt-style scheduling tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Applications Engineering on high-probability opportunities to assess scope feasibility, schedule risk, and resource needs.
• Ensure commissioning scope and field-phase prerequisites are identified and communicated to enable parallel CX planning with production.
• Support proposal development and pre-award customer meetings; identify and escalate commercial risks or scope gaps before contract execution.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact from kickoff through customer acceptance on high-priority, complex programs.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality across the full lifecycle for a concurrent portfolio of ETO projects.
• Direct PMO liaison to the Director of Commissioning and communicate shipment schedules, risks, and resource conflicts.
