Remote, US-based, full-time position. The candidate will interface with developers, BAs, and project managers, contributing to incident resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with C#, SQL and scripting languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting ETL pipelines and healthcare software.
• Proficient in Python, C#, Shell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Talend, and MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Support ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets with reliability and performance.
• Analyze issues, implement code fixes, and troubleshoot production problems.
• Collaborate with customers to diagnose software issues and provide solutions.
• Deploy, orchestrate, and monitor jobs across environments.
• Create detailed process documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Participate in Scrum activities and provide weekend support when needed.
