Responsibilities
- Support ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets for reliability.
- Analyze issues, implement code fixes, and deliver rapid production resolutions.
- Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve software problems.
- Deploy, orchestrate, and monitor jobs across environments.
- Create detailed process documentation and deployment guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Participate in team scrums and cross-functional planning.
- Provide occasional weekend support for critical issues.
